Seven new air handlers were furnished and installed by LMC along with all new sheet metal duct. Three new boilers and two new heating water pumps were installed with all new hydronic piping for each floor from the basement through the fourth floor. New plumbing piping and fixtures were installed throughout the project. Extensive Building Information Modeling (BIM) was used by all trades to insure efficient installation and was proven to save time and money.
